Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This Google Account Sync System Verification Backup Panel (the "Service") is a self-hosted tool that allows authorized users to back up their own Google account data — including Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, YouTube metadata, and Google Photos Picker selections — to a private server managed by the domain owner.
2. Data We Access
With your explicit consent through Google's OAuth screen, the Service may access:
- Your Gmail messages and attachments (read-only)
- Your Google Drive files and folders (read-only)
- Your Google Contacts (read-only)
- Your YouTube channel metadata, playlists, subscriptions and thumbnails (read-only)
- Media items you explicitly select through the Google Photos Picker
- Basic profile information (name, email, avatar) for account identification
3. How We Use Data
All accessed data is downloaded and stored locally on the self-hosted server solely for the purpose of creating a personal offline backup. We do not:
- sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties;
- use your data for advertising or profiling;
- send your data to any external service beyond Google's own APIs.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Backups remain on the server until the server administrator or account owner deletes the associated profile through the admin panel. When a profile is deleted, all downloaded files and the local database index are removed.
5. Security
Access to the panel is protected by administrator credentials and per-user connection tokens. All panel traffic is served over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored in the local profile directory with restrictive file permissions and are never logged or transmitted outside the server.
6. Your Rights
You can revoke the Service's access at any time through your Google Account third-party apps page. Revocation stops future syncs; existing local backups remain on the server until manually deleted.
7. Contact
For questions about this privacy policy or your data, contact the administrator of this panel instance.
